If you need pick-up service in Japan, here is what we offer
Door to Door (DD) : If you need full service, we recommend our Door to Door (DD) product. This solution is very convenient as we make arrangements from pick-up to delivery.
Door to Airport (DA) : We will collect your shipment at any designated location in Japan. Your shipment will be ready for hand-over at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport only.
Please note that you have to proceed to custom clearance and pick up at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.
（Please also note that import fees of 50.23 Euro will be collected when you pick up your goods at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport）
If you can deliver your consignment to Hubnet Express in Shinagawa, Tokyo we offer two options
Airport to Airport (AA) :You can pick up your consignment directly at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. It is really convenient when you have a car in Tokyo and in Paris.
Please note that you have to proceed to custom clearance and pick up at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Airport to Door (AD) : Delivery to any designated address in France.
General Conditions
- Packing list/Inventory shall be prepared by the shipper and submitted with the consignment
- For goods purchased less than 6 months ago, local duties and taxes at destination may be levied. Please complete the certificate of non-transferred goods (Certificat de Non-cession)
- Door delivery service is to the first floor address only. In case of an apartment address, additional fees may apply, (to be quoted case by case).
- Personal effects and unaccompanied baggage must be accompanied by a Declaration of Contents and Certification of Non-transferred goods (Certificat de Non-cession).

Tariff and other charges
- The tariff will be determinded by the gross weight or the volume weight, whichever is higher
- Security Surcharge JPY500 and customs clearance charge JPY6,000 is mandatory per shipment
- All rates are subject to change without notice
- Fuel surcharge will apply to consignments over 5.5kg
- Insurance: 1.5% of the declared value.
Package limitations and conditions
- Packing condition must meet IATA packing standards. Incomplete packing will be replaced by agent and charged to shipper. Hubnet offers packing services, please check the price list.
- Maximal dimension for one package is L + W + H ≤ 500 cm. Maximum length accepted is 240 cm
- Maximum weight for one consignment: 800 kg
- Maximum weight per package: 140 kg
